Associate Member
Recognizing Emerging Scholars with Proven Research Potential
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be enrolled in or have completed a postgraduate (Master's or equivalent), at a recognized institution.
- Must have produced a minimum of two original research papers published in indexed journals, with at least one as first author.
- Must have presented at least one paper or poster at an international or national scientific conference.
- Submission of a statement of research objectives and verification of academic integrity is mandatory.
- All applications undergo review by the Academic Evaluation Committee for merit validation.
Privileges
- Access to research resources, bulletins, and methodological training sessions.
- Eligibility for collaborative initiatives under supervision.
- Eligible to apply for Full Membership after one year of active academic contribution and ethical compliance verification.
Full Member
Recognizing Accomplished Researchers with Independent Scientific Contribution
Eligibility Criteria
- Must hold a postgraduate degree (Master's or equivalent) from a recognized university.
- Must have at least seven peer-reviewed publications in indexed international journals, including ranked journals as first or corresponding author.
- Must show evidence of independent research capability through leadership in projects, patents, technology development, or significant academic contributions.
- Must have actively contributed as a peer reviewer, editorial board member, or symposium organizer.
- H-index requirement: minimum of 6–8 (verified via Scopus or Google Scholar).
- Ethical compliance, citation transparency, and originality of work are compulsory.
Privileges
- Full access to research resources, review panels, and scientific committees.
- Eligibility for editorial appointments, technical committees, and invited speaker opportunities.
- Priority consideration for interdisciplinary collaborations and policy discussions.
- May nominate candidates for Associate Membership after two years of active contribution.
Fellow Member
Honoring Distinguished Leaders for Sustained Research Excellence and Global Impact
Eligibility Criteria
- Must have at least fifteen peer-reviewed publications, as lead or corresponding author.
- Proven record of research leadership and innovation, including supervision, patent contributions, or direction of funded national/international projects.
- Minimum H-index of 12–15 and a verifiable citation record (recommended >300–500 citations).
- Must have contributed to scientific policy, institutional leadership, or international collaboration in their field.
- Must be nominated by two existing Fellows and approved by the Fellowship and Advisory Council following a detailed merit assessment.
Privileges
- Recognition as Fellow of the Institution, symbolizing the highest academic distinction.
- Eligibility for editorial board positions, keynote lectureships, and global advisory roles.
- Access to exclusive strategic research panels, policy frameworks, and scientific leadership forums.
- Right to nominate and review future Fellow candidates and participate in governance decisions.
Distinguished Fellow
Recognizing Emerging Scholars with Demonstrated Research Potential
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants should demonstrate research work recognized at institution or organization level.
- Applicants are expected to have original research contribution, which may include: Published journal articles, Conference papers, Book chapters or technical reports (Indexed publications are preferred but not mandatory).
- Evidence of scholarly engagement is required, such as: Conference participation (oral/poster), Workshops, symposiums, or invited talks (At least one is recommended).
- Submission of a brief statement of research objectives (or professional goals) and a declaration of academic integrity is required.
- Applications will be reviewed by the Academic Evaluation Committee based on: Research potential, Academic/professional contributions, Alignment with the fellowship's objectives.
Privileges
- Access to research resources, bulletins, and methodological training sessions.
- Eligibility for collaborative initiatives under supervision.

Global Lifetime Distinguished Fellow

- Must have contributed to scientific policy, institutional leadership, or international collaboration in their field.
- Must be nominated by two existing Fellows and approved by the Fellowship and Advisory Council following a detailed merit assessment.
